Rate Card

Booking Fee

Non-refundable fee payable at the time of booking to cover contractor pre-allocation, dispatch coordination, and 24/7 emergency response administration. Applied against your final invoice on completion of services. See T&S §1.9.

USIFDA Filing Fee

Under US federal and state regulations, contaminated fuel must be handled by licensed operators. Using uncertified services could expose you to legal and environmental liability. Every job is filed with USIFDA and a Certificate of Compliance issued to the customer.

Payment Processing

Card payment processing and instant payout fees are passed through at cost and shown as a separate line on your invoice for full transparency.

Towing

Towing is charged as flag fall + distance at $3.89/mi, subject to a minimum charge of $168.00 per job.

Labor

Fuel Disposal

Fixed charge applies for extractions up to 21 gal. Above that threshold, the $9.80/gal rate applies to the entire volume extracted.

Fuel Replacement

Filters, Freight & Sundries

Actual cost may be higher depending on filter type and parts required.

Parts

Refunded on return less 10% restocking fee. May affect insurance payout. See T&S §4.8. See T&S §7.21 →

Corporate & Agreed-Rate Accounts

Corporate and fleet accounts with a written pre-agreed invoice template: template lines apply to one standard service completion only (§19.2). Each extra supplier attendance, tow dispatch, or false start is charged separately at then-current published rates, itemised by date and time (§19.3). Card retained on file for current and future account payments (§21.4). Overpayment held as account credit on the next invoice (§21.5). See Section 19.

Late Payment Fee

Automatically applied where an invoice remains unpaid for more than 14 calendar days from date of issue. In addition to interest (2%/month) and recovery costs under T&S §7.8 and §10.10. See T&S §7.18.

Storage & Specialist Reports

Storage accrues automatically while a vehicle is uncollected or retained under lien for an unpaid or disputed invoice. Specialist report fee applies to person-prepared reports, assessments, and letters of demand; automated AI correspondence is not separately charged. See T&S §10.4 and §14.9.
